三、申请基本条件BasicApplicationRequirements

1.申请人须为持有外国有效护照的非中国籍公民，对华友好，身心健康。

Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens holding a valid foreign passport, be friendly to China, and be in good physical and mental health.

2.申请者都要求取得高中及同等学历。申请专科学历的申请人年龄应为18-25周岁。

Applicants must hold a high school diploma or equivalent. Applicants for associate degree programs shall be aged between 18 and 25.

3.符合国家规定的其他申请条件。

Meet other admission requirements as stipulated by the state.

五、申请材料Application Materials

1.四川交通职业技术学院国际学生入学申请表；

Application Form for International Students of Sichuan Vocational and Technical College of Communications；

2.护照首页。须为普通护照，护照有效期应在一年以上。已在中国大陆境内的申请者需提供当前有效签证或居留许可页面；

Passport information page. Must be a regular passport with a validity period of more than one year. Applicants currently in Chinese mainland shall provide a page of their valid visa or residence permit；

3.最高学历证明或预毕业证明（中文或英文）。申请学历教育的学生还需要提供语言能力证明（HSK三级证书）；

Highest Education Certificate or Pre-Graduation Certificate (inChinese or English).Studentsapplying for degree programsshall alsoprovide language proficiency certificates (HSK Level 3certificate );

4.已在中国境内或有在华学习经历的申请者需提供前学习院校出具的在校表现情况说明；

Applicants who have studied in China or have a study experience in China are required to provide a statement of academic performance issued by their previous institution of study.

5.本人学习计划，以中文或英文撰写，500-1000字；

Study Plan, to be written in Chinese or English, 500–1000 words;

6.申请者需要提供经济来源证明。经济能力证明可提供以下文件中的一项，包括家庭存款证明、家长/监护人收入证明，建议金额在5000美元及以上；

Applicants must provide proof of financial resources. Proof of financial capacity may include one of the following documents: household savings statement, income verification from parents/guardians, with a recommended amount of $5,000 or above;

7.外国人体格检查表（体检结果日期应距提交申请时6个月内）；

Foreign Physical Examination Form (The date of the physical examination results should be within 6 months from the date of application submission);

8.无犯罪记录证明。申请人须提交由所在地公安机关出具的有效期内的无犯罪记录证明，通常应为提交申请之日前6个月以内的证明文件；

Certificate of No Criminal Record. The applicant must submit a valid certificate of no criminal record issued by the local public security authority, typically covering the six months prior to the date of application submission;

9.电子证件照（规格要求：彩色标准证件照，大小不超200kb，支持*.jpg、*.jpeg、*.png为后缀的图片，像素大于295*413）；

Electronic ID photo (format: color standard ID photo, size ≤200KB, supported formats *.jpg, *.jpeg, *.png, resolution>295×413 pixels);

10.上传的各种证明、证书须为中文或英文的原件或公证件。

All uploaded documents and certificates must be original or notarized in Chinese or English.

六、学习费用StudyExpenses

注：1.以上所有费用均需使用人民币。

All fees mentioned above must be paid in RMB.

2.以上费用不包含签证费、体检费、教材费、生活费等，以实际发生为

准，需学生自行办理和准备。

The above fees do not include visa fees, medical examination fees,textbook fees,living expenses, etc. All such expenses shall be subject to actual occurrence and shall be arranged and borne by the students themselves.

七、奖学金Scholarships

1.四川省政府奖学金Sichuan Provincial Government Scholarship

15000元/学年

RMB15,000 per academic year

2.四川交通职业技术学院校级奖学金Sichuan Vocational and Technical College ofCommunications SchoolScholarship

注：奖学金资助的有效期为一学年，每年一评，国际学生根据在校学习和日常表现申请奖学金资助。

Note：Scholarships are awarded for one academic year, evaluated annually. International students may apply for funding based on their academic performance and daily conduct.

八、入学报到Registration and Enrollment

报到时间：2026年9月2、3日

Check-in time: September 2nd and 3rd, 2026

请严格按照学校规定的时间报到注册。

Please register strictly according to the school's scheduled time.

报到时将核验最高学历证书、成绩单、《外国人体格检查表》、无犯罪证明、语言水平证明等级申请材料原件。

Upon registration, the original copies of the following application materials will be verified: highest academic diploma, academic transcript, Foreigner Physical Examination Certificate, non-criminal record certificate, and language proficiency certificate.
