申请流程

（一）申请办法

申请者需在规定的申请时间内，登录四川交通职业技术学院国际学院网站（http://gjxy.svtcc.edu.cn/）在线申请。

注意：

请务必定期查看您的电子邮件收件箱（包括检查垃圾邮箱），以防错过要求您补充或更正申请信息/材料/文件的通知。若所提供的材料及文件不完整、不准确，将可能导致申请被拒。

（二）审核

1.学历教育项目申请者，由学院对申请者及申请材料进行审核。

2. 进修项目申请者，由学院对申请者及申请材料进行审核。

（三）录取

1. 学校通过审核申请材料、面试等方式考察学生的综合素质，择优录取。

2. 申请者需准确填写本人联系方式（邮箱、电话、通讯地址）。录取期间，申请者务必及时回复我校的邮件；未及时回复邮件或未在规定时间内按要求提交补充材料的申请者，则视为放弃。

3. 一经录取，学生不得变更学习专业、学习期限、授课语言。

4. 被录取者将收到《四川交通职业技术学院外国留学生录取通知书》及签证申请表(JW201/JW202)。被录取者本人持以上两份文件到中国驻外使（领）馆办理来华留学生签证（X1或X2）。持非学习类签证者，学校将不予报到注册。

（四）入学报到

1. 被录取者凭《录取通知书》、签证申请表(JW201/JW202)及相关材料，按规定时间到校报到注册，一般为9月初。超过规定入学时间两周以上未办理入学注册手续者，将被取消入学资格。

2. 入学报到时需携带本人最高学历学位证书原件或公证件、《外国人体格检查记录》以及血液检查单原件。

(1) Application Procedures

Applicants must submit their applications online through the International College website of Sichuan Vocational and Technical College of Communications (http://gjxy.svtcc.edu.cn/) within the designated application period.

Please check your email inbox regularly (including the spam folder) to avoid missing notifications requesting you to supplement or correct application information, materials, or documents. Incomplete or inaccurate materials and documents may result in application rejection.

(2) Review

1. Applicants for academic degree programs will undergo review by the College, including both the applicants and their submitted materials.

2. Applicants for the advanced training program will undergo review by the College, including both the applicants and their submitted materials.

(3) Admission

1. The school evaluates students' overall qualities through document reviews and interviews, then selects the most qualified candidates for admission.

2. Applicants must accurately provide their contact information (email, phone number, and mailing address). During the admission period, applicants are required to promptly respond to emails from our university. Those who fail to respond in a timely manner or submit supplementary materials as required within the specified time will be deemed to have forfeited their application.

3. Once admitted, students are not permitted to change their major, study duration, or language of instruction.

4. Admitted students will receive the "Sichuan Communications Vocational and Technical College International Student Admission Notice" and the visa application form (JW201/JW202). The admitted students should bring these two documents to the Chinese embassy (consulate) abroad to apply for the international student visa (X1 or X2). Students holding non-study visas will not be registered by the school.

(4) Enrollment and Reporting

1. Admitted students shall register at the university within the stipulated time (usually early September) with the Admission Notice, visa application forms (JW201/JW202), and relevant materials. Those who fail to complete the enrollment registration procedures more than two weeks after the specified admission date will be disqualified from enrollment.

2. During enrollment registration, the applicant must present the original or notarized copy of their highest academic degree certificate, the "Foreigner Physical Examination Record," and the original blood test report.
