（一）招生类别：普通进修生

（三）费用标准Fee standard：
1.学费8000元/人
Tuition:8000YUAN/person
1.校内住宿费1200元/人
The accommodation fee is 1200 yuan/person
2.留学生综合医疗保险800元/人
Comprehensive medical insurance for international students is 800 yuan/person
3.注意事项：学生入学需要先行支付学费、住宿费、保险费、签证费、体检费等相关费用，在学籍注册成功后奖学金一次性发放至学生个人银行卡由学生自行支配。奖学金能够涵盖大部分费用，学生需要自行支付生活费。
Note: Students need to pay tuition, accommodation, insurance, visa, physical examination and other related fees in advance. After the successful registration of student status, the scholarship will be paid in a lump sum and the students will use it at their own discretion. The scholarship can cover most of the expenses, and students need to pay for their living expenses by themselves.
（四）申请条件Application conditions：
1.拥有哈萨克斯坦、吉尔吉斯斯坦、塔吉克斯坦、土库曼斯坦、乌兹别克斯坦国籍，持有效外国普通护照，对华友好、身体健康。
Holds the nationality of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan, holds a valid foreign ordinary passport, is friendly to China and in good health.
2.品德端正、遵纪守法、勤奋好学，由其国籍所在国出具无违法犯罪纪录。
Good character, law-abiding, diligent and studious, with no criminal record issued by the country of nationality.
3.申请者年龄18周岁及以上且已取得高中或同等学历，由其国籍所在学校或单位出具推荐信。
Applicants should be at least 18 years old and have obtained a high school or equivalent degree. A recommendation letter from their nationality school or unit is required.
4.除以上内容，所有申请者还需提供如下材料：
In addition to the above, all applicants are required to provide the following materials:
入学申请表、护照复印件、学历证明复印件、外国人体格检查表、电子证件照。
Application form, copy of passport, copy of academic certificate, foreign physical examination form,electronic ID photo.
2.中亚五国新生奖学金（仅面向中亚五国专科生新生招生）
New Scholarships for the five Central Asian countries (for new students in junior colleges only)
（一）招生类别：专科生
Admission category: junior college students
（二）招生专业：（均为中文授课，同时开设汉语课程）
Admission majors: (all taught in Chinese, with Chinese courses offered)
机械制造及自动化（至少20人单独成班）
Mechanical Manufacturing and Automation (at least 20 students per class)
城市轨道车辆应用技术（至少20人单独成班）
Application Technology of Urban Rail Vehicles(at least 20 people in a separate class)
（三）费用标准Fee standard：
1.学费5720元/人/学年
Tuition: 5720 YUAN/person/year
2.校内住宿费1200元/人/学年
The accommodation fee is 1200 yuan/person/year
3.留学生综合医疗保险800元/人/学年
Comprehensive medical insurance for international students: 800 YUAN/person/year
4.注意事项：学生入学需要先行支付学费、住宿费、保险费、签证费、体检费等相关费用，在学籍注册成功后奖学金一次性发放由学生自行支配。奖学金可以覆盖以上费用。

After successful registration, the scholarship will be paid in a lump sum for students to use at their own discretion. The scholarship can cover the above expenses.
