毕业生学信网学历学位信息认证事宜指南
已毕业的学历生可通过学信网进行学历和学位的查询、认证。认证前注册，请严格按照毕业证书信息以及在校期间使用的护照号码进行学信网账号注册，确保注册姓名与查询结果一致。具体流程如下：
一、毕业生学历认证事宜
毕业生可自行通过中国高等教育学生信息网（学信网）认证学历。 相关流程如下：
1）进入网址https://www.chsi.com.cn/ ，通过 “学历查询”--->“零散查询”窗口进入查询页面。
2）姓名须与毕业证书保持一致。
3）证书编号为毕业证书上的编号；如无法查询，可发送邮件到scjygjxy@163.com，确认上报数据是否完整。如照片缺失，则需单独补传照片（具体要求：照片大小不允许超过50KB，扩展名为jpg或jpeg，与毕业证书照片同版。），并随毕业证书电子版一同发送至上述邮箱。

Guide to Academic Degree Information Certification on China Graduate Education Information Network
Graduates can verify their academic credentials and degrees through the China Higher Education Student Information Network (CHESIN). Before verification, register your CHESIN account using your graduation certificate details and the passport number you used during your studies, ensuring the registered name matches the verification results. The steps are as follows:
I. Graduate Academic Qualification Verification
Graduates can independently verify their academic qualifications through the China Higher Education Student Information Network (Xuexinwang). The relevant procedures are as follows:
1) Visit the website https://www.chsi.com.cn/, and navigate to the "Education Inquiry" section → "Scattered Inquiry" window to access the query page.
2) The name must match the one on the graduation certificate.
3) The certificate number corresponds to the one on the graduation certificate. If verification is not possible, please email scjygjxy@163.com to confirm the completeness of the submitted data. If a photo is missing, you must upload a separate photo (requirements: the photo must not exceed 50KB in size, be in jpg or jpeg format, and match the one on the graduation certificate) and send it along with the electronic version of the graduation certificate to the aforementioned email.
