国际新生报到所需材料
1.护照：本人有效普通护照，及护照信息页复印件
2.签证：签证页和最近入境章复印件，须持学习类签证（X1、X2 签证）到校报到注册，报到时请一定保证X1或X2签证有至少2周以上的有效期，否则可能会影响居留许可的变更。持其他类型签证者，学校将不予注册。
3.录取通知书：由学校发放的录取通知书复印件
4.JW201/202 表或 DQ 表复印件
5.境外人员住宿登记凭证（REGISTRATION VOUCHER OF RESIDENCE FOR VISITORS FROM OVERSEAS ）：由居住地派出所签发，自行租房住在校外的学生，要在租住房屋后的 24 小时之内携带护照、租房合同及房东身份证复印件、房屋产权证等到当地辖区派出所做临时住宿登记；住在校内宿舍无需登记。
6.已经在境外完成身体检查的学历留学生，还须提交由四川国际旅行卫生保健中心（Sichuan International Travel Healthcare Center）（地址：桐梓林北路3号/No.3 Tong Zi Lin North Road）出具的《境外人员体格检查记录验证证明》（Verification Certificate of Medical Examination Record for Foreign Nationals）。
7.申请学历项目的申请人，需提交最高学历毕业证书复印件（Photocopy of Highest Academic Qualification Certificate）；申请非学历项目的申请人，无需提交此项材料。
Materials required for international students to register
1. Passport: A valid ordinary passport and a copy of the passport's information page
2. Visa: Applicants must submit copies of the visa page and the most recent entry stamp. For study visas (X1/X2), registration at the university requires proof of at least 2 weeks' validity of the X1 or X2 visa, as failure to meet this requirement may affect the renewal of the residence permit. Applicants holding other types of visas will not be registered by the university.
3. Admission Notice: A copy of the admission notice issued by the university
4. Copies of JW201/202 forms or DQ forms
5. Residence Registration Voucher for Overseas Visitors: Issued by the local police station, this document is required for students renting off-campus housing. Applicants must present their passport, rental agreement, landlord's ID copy, and property deed to complete temporary registration at the local police station within 24 hours of moving in. No registration is required for students staying in on-campus dormitories.
6. International students who have completed physical examinations abroad must also submit the "Verification Certificate of Medical Examination Record for Foreign Nationals" issued by the Sichuan International Travel Healthcare Center (Address: No.3 Tong Zi Lin North Road).
7. Applicants for degree programs must submit a photocopy of their highest academic qualification certificate (Photocopy of Highest Academic Qualification Certificate); applicants for non-degree programs are not required to submit this document.
