住宿安排

国际学生必须持录取通知书和本人有效身份证件（如护照、通行证等）完成宿舍入住手续。凡在学生宿舍住宿的国际学生，必须严格遵守学生宿舍管理部门的各项规章制度，并配合管理。

一、入住与住宿安排

1、国际学生在学生宿舍管理部门办理相关手续后，入住指定房间。学生未经允许不得擅自调换房间。学生无权转租分配到的房间。

2、有特殊原因需要居住在校外的，须向国际学院申请，经同意并办理相关手续后方可在校外居住。

3、一般四名学生共用一个房间。当室友搬离时，学校有权安排新同学入住。在特殊情况下，得到国际学院和学生工作部许可的学生，可以单独使用一个房间。学校不为已婚学生单独提供房间。

二、校外住宿申请程序

1、填写四川交通职业技术学院境外学生校外居住申请表。

2、提交租房合同原件及复印件、房东有效身份证件复印件、学生本人有效身份证件原件及复印件。

3、提交学生本人手写的安全责任承诺书。

4、在租住房屋归属地派出所办理国际人员住宿登记。

Accommodation Arrangements

International students must complete dormitory check-in procedures by presenting their Admission Notice and valid identification documents(e.g.,passport,travel permit).All international students living in the student dormitories shall strictly abide by the rules and regulations formulated by the Dormitory Management Office and cooperate with the management.

I.Check-in and Accommodation Arrangements

1.International students must move into their assigned dorm rooms after completing the relevant procedures at the Dormitory Management Office.Unauthorized room changes are prohibited.Students are not permitted to sublet their assigned rooms.

2.Students who need to live off-campus due to special reasons shall submit an application to the International College.Off-campus residence is only allowed after the application is approved and relevant formalities are completed.

3.Generally,four students share one dorm room.The university reserves the right to assign a new student to the room when a roommate moves out.Under special circumstances,students may be approved to occupy a single room with the consent of both the International College and the Student Affairs Department.The university does not provide separate accommodation for married students.

II.Application Procedures for Off-Campus Residence

1.Complete the Application Form for Off-Campus Residence of International Students of Sichuan Vocational and Technical College of Communications.

2.Submit the original and a copy of the housing lease contract,a copy of the landlord's valid identification document,and the original and a copy of the student's valid identification documents.

3.Submit a handwritten Letter of Commitment on Safety Responsibility signed by the student.

4.Complete the foreigner's accommodation registration at the local police station in the jurisdiction where the rented property is located.
